Orders are shipped FOB Logan, Utah via FedEx Economy.
Orders ship within 7 to 10 business days.
*Please note orders sent to P.O. Boxes, Rural Routes, or A.P.O./F.P.O. addresses will be shipped FOB Logan, Utah via USPS.

EK EKCESSORIES RETURN/ EXCHANGE POLICY
EK Ekcessories takes great pride in providing excellent customer service and quality merchandise to our customers. The following policies are enforced in order to expedite your product returns and we ask that you adhere to them.
SECTION I – GENERAL POLICIES
All returns require an authorization number, which will be issued by calling the EK Returns Department @ 1-800-338-2030, X 27. You can also email your request to firstname.lastname@example.org. Product can be exchanged or returned for credit only. A refund check will not be issued. The RA # must be indicated on the outside of the carton and on all paperwork.
Exchange or replacement products will not ship until returning merchandise is received. Returned Goods are subject to a 15% restock fee.
Product returns for obsolete or discontinued items will receive 50% credit of the original purchase price.
Product must be returned in good condition (i.e. unused, clean, whole) and not “worn out” to be accepted.
Credit for the original invoiced price will be issued to your account. If your account has a terms discount, the discount percentage amount will be deducted from the total credit amount.
SECTION II – DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
Product received defective or damaged during shipping must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of shipment. The product will then be returned to EK Ekcessories and a replacement will be sent to you at our expense. To obtain a return label for damaged product, email email@example.com and provide your company name and address, invoice number, and contact information, and a label will be emailed to you.
Product damaged after receipt by you or your customers will be your responsibility, including all shipping costs.
SECTION III – EXCHANGES
Product to be exchanged for different colors, products, or other rotating efforts will be your responsibility, including all shipping costs. There will be a 15% restock fee.
SECTION IV – SHORTAGES / OVERAGES
Product shortages for an order must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of shipment. Please note, EK Ekcessories’ products are small and may be thrown out with packing paper if not checked closely. Upon verification the shorted items will be shipped out to you at our expense.
Product overages on an order may be returned to EK Ekcessories at our expense. To obtain a return label for product, email firstname.lastname@example.org and provide your company name and address, invoice number, and contact information, and a label will be emailed to you. If you would like to purchase the product, EK will invoice your account using the same product pricing on the original invoice.
SECTION V – MIS-SHIPPED PRODUCT
Mis-shipped product or product shipped in error must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of shipment. EK Ekcessories will pay shipping costs to return the product, however, if the product was mis-shipped due to customer error the freight costs will not be covered.
SECTION VI – NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCT
EK Ekcessories does not accept returns for products with private labeling, custom manufactured products, licensed products, used or “worn out” products, or products that are incomplete or missing components.
